I accidentally got a drop of sweat on my motherboard near the RAM slots while swapping my AIO cooler, and I've cleaned up most of the wet spots. Is it safe to turn my computer on now?

As long as you've cleaned off any visible moisture, you should be okay. Just don't stress about it too much!
