I'm on the hunt for an affordable webcam that offers good quality and can connect wirelessly to my PC. It would be great if it either charges or runs on batteries. While I'm okay with using a wired option, I would prefer a wireless connection for convenience.

Keep in mind the classic adage: you can either get good quality or a low price, but not both. Just be realistic about your expectations!
Just so you know, truly wireless webcams can have lag issues, which might not be ideal for every use case. What’s the reason you need it to be wireless? Can't you just go for a regular wired webcam instead?
You might want to check out iriun.com. It lets you use an old smartphone as a webcam, and it works pretty well! Just get it set up on your PC.
That's a great suggestion! I've heard it works surprisingly well with decent image quality.
