I've been using laptops for most of my life, both for work and gaming. While laptops are great for work, gaming has become quite frustrating mainly due to heating issues. I'm now interested in building my own gaming PC, and I could use some advice.
My goal is to build a system primarily for gaming, and I'm not aiming for ultra-high settings for games like GTA VI; I just want a smooth and comfortable gaming experience. I have a history of using the ASUS TUF Dash F15 for gaming but want to switch to AMD this time, as I've always used Intel.
Any tips on how to get started?

An AMD Ryzen build with 32GB of RAM sounds solid! Consider adding a USB4 dock with a 16GB Radeon RX GPU for max performance.
It really depends on your budget, but since you’re leaning towards AMD, that’s a good choice! What’s your overall budget for the build? You can also check out PCPartPicker to help put together your components.
What’s your budget looking like and where are you located?
My budget is around $1,500, and I’m based in Bangladesh.
Going with AMD is a smart choice. They offer great gaming performance for the price. For a PC aiming to handle games like GTA VI, while we don’t have specific specs yet, you have a few options.
For a budget-friendly build, consider the 9060 or 9060 XT with a Ryzen 7600X or 9600X. If you're willing to spend a bit more, go for the 9070XT or the 5070/5070TI paired with the 7800X3D. If you really want to go all out, check out the 5080 or 5090 with a 9800X3D. The cheaper options give you fantastic performance for the price. Also, don’t skimp on the RAM; aim for at least 32GB at 6000MHz. Finally, pick a reputable PSU from the A-Tier to protect all your components!
I’ve been eyeing the 9060XT (16GB) as my primary GPU. What motherboard and CPU combo would you recommend to pair with the 9060XT?

I’m looking to keep it around the price I paid for my ASUS TUF Dash, which was about $1,500.
