I'm trying to improve my PC build without breaking the bank. I want to achieve a solid frame rate and good overall performance for gaming and tasks. Can anyone recommend a better parts list or suggest ways to optimize my current selection for a lower price?

I'd recommend swapping out the QLC SSD for a better TLC SSD if you can. The Western Digital Black SN770 or Blue SN580 are both solid choices and can save you some cash without sacrificing performance. You can get them for around $125.99 and $113.00 respectively, which could help with budget constraints!

Great tip! I didn't realize the difference. I'll look into those SSDs.

If you're looking for better performance at a much lower price, check out this build:

- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
- CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE
- Motherboard: Gigabyte B850 AORUS ELITE WIFI7
- Memory: Silicon Power Value Gaming 32 GB DDR5-6000
- Storage: Crucial P3 Plus 2 TB NVME SSD
- Video Card: PNY GeForce RTX 5080
- Case: Lian Li O11 Vision Chrome ATX Mid Tower
- Power Supply: MSI MAG A850GL 850W
- Operating System: Windows 11 Home

Total: $2978.30. This setup should give you a fantastic frame rate!

Thx for the suggestions!

For better price-to-performance, consider using air cooling instead of liquid. Also, make sure your motherboard is budget-friendly and you can find a cheaper case that already includes fans, as the one you're looking at might not cool efficiently. Just a thought!

Thanks for the advice! I'll look for a better case.
