Looking for O365 Tenant Migration Advice

Hey everyone! We're a small company currently with 70 users, but we're anticipating a significant growth next year that could triple our size due to a purchase. I'm exploring how to migrate the new users from their current O365 tenant to ours. The source tenant will still be operational, and I don't have admin access, so I'll be coordinating with them on this. I've looked into Microsoft's method, which seems straightforward, but I hit a snag with licensing since they require a minimum of 500 seats for their Enterprise account. Interestingly, I found an option for a cross-tenant user data migration license in our tenant even though we don't meet the criteria—can I use that if I can add it? If Microsoft's method isn't viable for us, what third-party tools would you recommend for this kind of migration? A quick search brought up various options, but I'd love to hear personal experiences or recommendations to narrow it down. Thanks!

I've used ShareGate, AvePoint Fly, and BitTitan for migrations. They're all well-known and effective, and this question pops up often in our circles.

BitTitan is a solid choice and pretty affordable! I've used it for several migrations and it's my go-to for ease of use.

I just did a migration with Code Two's product, and it was pretty straightforward. The documentation really helped make the process smoother.

If you're looking to migrate everything, including Teams and Power BI, check out Apps4.Pro Migration Manager. It's quite comprehensive!
