I'm trying to find a PCIe card that provides multiple USB ports for internal connections. My motherboard has limited USB headers, and I need to connect a few devices like a PCIe WiFi/Bluetooth card, an LCD control for my NZXT CAM AIO, and the front USB ports from my case. I don't want to consider external USB hubs since they can mess with latency and bandwidth. Are there options specifically designed for this?

You might want to look into internal USB hubs! There's a good one on Amazon that could solve your issue. Just search for 'internal USB hub'—plenty of options.
Have you considered why you need extra internal headers? If your case has more USB ports than your motherboard can handle, you might want a USB header hub. These can take one header from your motherboard and expand it to multiple. You can find some PCIe cards that have both external ports and internal headers as well, like the ones from Amazon.
Are you looking specifically for USB Type-A or Type-C ports? There are a ton of choices on Amazon for both types, so you're likely to find something that fits your needs!
I really just need more ports for my devices—my motherboard only has one USB header and it's not cutting it!
