Hey everyone! I'm quite satisfied with my current PC build, but I'm looking for some tips to fine-tune it. My budget is around £1,700, and I've already purchased a 9070XT. I'm aiming for a future-proofed setup that can handle 1440p gaming without needing upgrades for at least 7 years. I appreciate any suggestions you might have. Thanks!

If you're looking to save some cash on your SSD, check out this cost-effective M.2 drive: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/vLGhP6/western-digital-wd-blue-sn5000-2-tb-m2-2280-pcie-40-x4-nvme-solid-state-drive-wds200t4b0e. Also, going for the 9800X3D with air cooling could save you money without sacrificing performance. It cools better than the 7800X3D due to the placement of the cache.
Honestly, liquid cooling is a bit overrated. A high-quality dual tower fan cooler can perform just as well and cost you about £50 less. And if you're open to it, switching to an mATX motherboard can save you around £50, too, while still offering similar specs. Plus, remember that a 5.0 X2 SSD performs on par with a 4.0 X4, which could free up even more funds for upgrades!
Thanks for the feedback, @GamerGuruX and @CoolBuilds21! I did a revamp on my setup based on your ideas: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/4XYy3w. I’m much happier with it now, especially considering how prices are fluctuating for the 7800X3D. If anyone has further suggestions, I'm all ears!
