Hey everyone! I recently bought a second-hand ASUS Vivobook Flip 12 as a project laptop to fix the trackpad and the up key. I managed to get the trackpad working, but after putting it back together, the keyboard is now acting weird. Only about 30% of the keys are functioning, and the ones that do are typing random letters and numbers. I even tried using an external keyboard, but it didn't work either. I checked the wiring, but couldn't find anything wrong. Any suggestions on what I might have done or how I can fix this?

It sounds like you might need to replace the whole keyboard. Laptop keyboards are typically one complete unit, so you can't just fix certain keys. It's probably not fixable unless you get a new one.
Since I got the laptop for only 20 bucks, do you think it's worth replacing the keyboard, or should I just count this as a loss?
