I have an HP Envy x360 convertible that recently died, so I plugged it in to charge, but nothing's happening. There's a solid pink light next to the aux port on the left side, but when I check the charger with another laptop, it works fine. I couldn't find any information online about what the pink light indicates. Any ideas?

You might need to leave it plugged in for a longer time, especially if it was really drained. Sometimes, it takes a while for it to respond when it's dead.
I've tried that for hours, but the charging indicator never turns on.
