I bought my HP laptop about a year ago, and it was working fine until recently. Now, it keeps disconnecting from my WiFi every few minutes, making it nearly unusable. When I first turn it on, it doesn't connect automatically, so I have to connect it manually. Even with just a Google tab open, the connection drops out of the blue and then reconnects after a minute. I've tried some common fixes like forgetting the network, restarting the router, resetting the adapter, and rebooting my laptop, but nothing has helped. My WiFi router is in the same room, so distance shouldn't be an issue. It's frustrating because no other devices in my home, like TVs or phones, have this problem—just my laptop. I'm hoping someone can give me some advice before I think about getting it fixed or buying a replacement. Thanks in advance!

Have you done any repairs on the laptop lately? Sometimes, when replacing parts like a hard drive or upgrading memory, the wires leading to the WiFi antenna can get disconnected. If the drivers look fine, you might want to consider getting a USB WiFi adapter as a quick fix.
Have you checked if you have the latest WiFi drivers using the HP Support Assist app? Updating your drivers might fix the issue.
I actually ran the HP PC hardware diagnostics, and it says there's no network adapter found or the current network adapter is not supported. Any tips on how to solve that?
No repairs have been done at all, and everything else works perfectly. It's just the WiFi that's causing trouble.
