I just got a new PC that was supposed to come with Windows installed, but instead of booting into the OS, it goes straight to the BIOS. The BIOS does recognize the hard drive, but I can't figure out how to set up the boot process. Additionally, it doesn't seem to recognize the graphics card since I'm using the video output directly from the motherboard instead. Has anyone else dealt with this issue?

It sounds like you might need to check a few things. First, can you share the specs of your PC? Also, have you already tried any troubleshooting steps? It’s important to make sure the SSD is properly connected and recognized in the BIOS.
If your new PC is booting to BIOS instead of Windows, I'd suggest considering a return. If you bought it pre-built, it should ideally just work out of the box. Make sure to get in touch with the seller, especially if you’re not comfortable troubleshooting yourself. They may ask you to return it for a replacement or fix.
Have you checked if your drives are set in the correct boot order in the BIOS? Sometimes it might be trying to boot from the wrong device. And just a heads up, if this is a home-built PC, double-check connections and compatibility as well.
