I just built a new PC and it's not performing up to par. Here are my specs: a Rosewill VMG 1000W 80+ Gold power supply, a Gigabyte GA-X870 Aorus Elite Wifi 7 motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 5 9600X processor, an RTX 3060 Ti graphics card, and 32GB (2x16GB) of Corsair Vengeance DDR5 RAM running at 6400 MHz.
I've already swapped out the power supply, adjusted the BIOS settings to ensure the RAM is running at its rated speed, and even overclocked the CPU from 4.8 GHz to 5.0 GHz. I checked for background programs and viruses, and I'm using a fresh install of Windows 10 on a new SSD. Despite these efforts, my PC is still significantly underperforming, and I can't figure out why. All components are new except the GPU and a couple of old drives I planned to transfer files from. However, the performance issues were present even before I tried the CPU overclock, and removing the old drives didn't improve the situation. Here's the best benchmark I've gotten so far: [UserBenchmark Link].

Could you clarify where exactly your PC is underperforming? It's worth noting that many people suggest avoiding UserBenchmark due to its biases, especially against AMD. That might skew the results a bit.

The graphics card, CPU, and RAM all seem to be underperforming, not just in the UserBenchmark test but also in games like Helldivers 2 and Minecraft. I was unaware of the bias in UserBenchmark; do you know of any other free benchmarking options?
