Need Advice on Upgrading My Gaming PC for Better Performance

I built my gaming PC about four years ago, and here are the specs: Ryzen 7 5800X, NVIDIA EVGA FTW3 Ultra RTX 3080 Ti, a 1TB Samsung 980 SSD, a 2TB HDD, 16GB of T-Force RGB 3600 MHz RAM, a CoolerMaster Masterliquid Illusion 240mm AIO cooler, a CoolerMaster TD500 Mesh case, a Corsair RM850W PSU, and an Asus ROG Strix B550 motherboard with cable mods for a vertical GPU mount. I mainly play new games with my friends, especially Counter-Strike 2, but I'm struggling to maintain 200 frames on optimized settings with a 240Hz 1080p display. I've done the auto overclocking via the NVIDIA app, yet I feel the CPU might be the bottleneck. I haven't dabbled in the BIOS settings before, and I'm hesitant to upgrade my motherboard, RAM, or CPU for an AM5 platform. Do you have any suggestions for BIOS settings or anything else that could help improve my setup's performance? Or should I start planning for a more significant upgrade soon?

Your setup looks solid, and it should be able to handle more than 200 FPS. First things first, check if XMP or DOCP is enabled in your BIOS to ensure your RAM runs at its intended speed. This can make a big difference!

I've never really messed with the BIOS before, so that part intimidates me a bit. I guess I'll have to take a deep breath and check it out after work.
