Hey everyone! I've put together a PC build and would love your thoughts before I make the purchase. I want to ensure that all my parts are compatible, that I haven't missed anything, and that my case can accommodate everything properly. Here's what I've got:
* **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X
* **CPU Cooler**: Noctua NH-D15 (chromax.black)
* **Motherboard**: MSI MAG B650 TOMAHAWK WIFI (ATX, AM5, DDR5)
* **GPU**: Gigabyte Radeon RX 7600 Gaming OC 8GB
* **RAM**: Crucial Pro DDR5 32GB (2x16GB) 6400MHz CL38
* **Storage**: Crucial P310 1TB NVMe PCIe Gen4
* **PSU**: Corsair CX650 80+ Bronze (non-modular)
* **Case**: MUSETEX NN8 ATX Mid Tower (6 pre-installed ARGB PWM fans)
* **Thermal Paste**: To be confirmed (probably included with NH-D15)
Here are a few concerns:
* Is everything compatible, especially the PSU wattage and connectors?
* Will the Noctua NH-D15 fit in the MUSETEX NN8 case (it lists ~170 mm max CPU cooler height)?
* Are the pre-installed fans sufficient for airflow, or should I consider replacements later?
* Did I miss any important components or cables like SATA, adapters, etc.?
* Will I need an adapter for the front panel USB-C to work with this motherboard?

I think you'll be fine with most of your parts. The PSU should handle the build, but consider bumping it to a 750W if you might upgrade later. The Noctua NH-D15 is a fantastic cooler, but you should double-check the case specs to be sure it fits. As for the pre-installed fans, they should be good for standard use, but replacing them with higher quality ones later might improve airflow if you’re going for overclocking or high performance. Don’t forget any necessary cables or adapters, especially for USB-C! Happy building!
If this is primarily for gaming, you might want to focus your budget more on the GPU right now. You can downgrade a few components to save up for something better down the line. The RX 7600 will work well, but think about upgrading to something like an NVIDIA RTX 5060 Ti when you can. Just make sure that your motherboard is compatible with future upgrades too!
Yeah, I'm planning to upgrade the GPU in the future! Thanks for the tip!
