I'm planning a big upgrade for my PC and need some advice on which motherboard to choose. I want to make sure I get the best bang for my buck, especially since I'm already spending over 2000€. I need a motherboard that has at least 3-4 USB 3.2 Type-A ports and one USB 3.2 Type-C port. It should also have three slots for SSDs, ideally with good heatsinks, and I'm using Ethernet too. I've heard that some motherboards have limitations where if you use certain ports, others might stop working (like SATA ports), and I want to avoid that. Here are my current specs:
**CPU:** AMD Ryzen 9 7950x
**GPU:** Palit 5080
**SSD:** Samsung SSD 990 PRO NVMe M.2 2TB (x3)
**CPU Cooler:** CoolerMaster Masterliquid ML360 Illusion with 7 additional Cooler Master fans
**RAM:** G.Skill Trident Z5 Neo RGB 64GB DDR5 (2x32) 6000 MT/s AMD EXPO
I've been looking at a few options available in Greece (from skroutz.gr):
- Asus TUF Gaming X670E-Plus WiFi - 262,93€
- MSI PRO X870-P WiFi - 262,23€
- MSI B650 Tomahawk WiFi - 194,00€
- ASUS ROG Strix B650-A Gaming WiFi - 195,29€
- Gigabyte B650 AORUS Elite AX - 180,36€
- Gigabyte B650 Gaming X AX V2 - 160,90€
- MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi - 164,58€
If you have any other suggestions I would really appreciate your help in deciding on the motherboard!

I’d recommend the MSI B650 Gaming Plus WiFi. It's great for the price and checks all the boxes you mentioned: multiple USB 3.2 ports, good thermal management for SSDs, and decent overall performance. Plus, it has a good reputation for compatibility with Ryzen CPUs, so you should be golden with your 7950X.
Have you considered the Asus TUF Gaming X670E-Plus? It's a bit higher in price, but it's pretty solid for heavy workloads and gaming. It offers excellent support for high-speed SSDs and has great thermal performance, which is crucial for your setup, especially with 4K video editing.
