Need Help Installing Windows on My New PC, It Keeps Restarting

I've just built a new PC and I'm trying to install Windows 11. I've downloaded the installation media onto a 64GB Sandisk USB drive. When I start my PC, it goes straight to the BIOS, but after I plug in the USB drive and restart, it shows the Auorus logo and then goes to a black screen and restarts repeatedly. If I remove the USB, it boots up and goes to BIOS without any issues. The USB is formatted to FAT32, and I've tried reinstalling Windows 11, but that didn't help. I used the official Microsoft site for the download. I even posted a TikTok video showing the problem if anyone's interested. My specs are: GIGABYTE B850 AORUS Elite WIFI7, Ryzen 7 9800x3d, RTX 5070 12GB, and a Samsung 990 Evo Plus 2TB.

Hey! It sounds like your USB might not be configured properly. Instead of just downloading the ISO, try using Rufus to create a bootable USB drive. You should select the Windows ISO in Rufus to make sure everything is set up correctly. That might solve the restart issue!

Thanks for the tip! I’ll give Rufus a try and see if it works.
