I'm trying to get Blender to work on my Linux system, but it keeps crashing whenever I switch between windows. I have an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 card and I'm on an Acer Predator Helios Neo 16. Does anyone have any solutions or suggestions?

If you run Blender from the terminal and replicate the crash, it might show some output just before it fails. That could help pinpoint the issue.
What Linux distribution and desktop environment are you using? Since the Acer Predator Helios Neo 16 has different hardware configurations, can you give more details? When you say "switch windows," do you mean switching apps, monitors, or virtual desktops? And are you on X11 or Wayland? Just trying to get a clearer picture of the situation.
It sounds like a driver issue. Make sure you’re using the correct NVIDIA drivers for your GPU. If you haven’t already, consider trying a Linux distribution like Nobara, which has good support for NVIDIA hardware right out of the box.
