I'm looking for some advice on a PC build I'm creating for a friend. The goal is to keep the budget under $1500 while making sure it's capable of running VR applications and CAD software better than a standalone Quest 3. I just updated the link to include storage, so check it out: [PC Part Picker Link](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yhXJrM). Any recommendations on changes?

Your build looks solid overall! I made a few tweaks and added a storage drive to ensure you're not running into speed issues. Check out my updated build here: [PCPartPicker Part List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/xTfnDj). With the new Ryzen 5 9600X and a 1TB NVMe SSD, it should provide a great VR experience! Just a note, the total comes just over $1500, but it's a worthwhile investment for performance.
I suggest going with a 7700x CPU along with the 5070 Ti GPU and bumping up to 32GB of RAM. I've put together a build that costs around $1490, which you can find here: [PCPartPicker List](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/KyvPpK). Also, make sure to have enough fast storage—it's critical for CAD work!

Thanks for the suggestion! I had storage initially but accidentally removed it. I appreciate the reminder! This setup looks like a solid option.
