I bought a 9070XT graphics card a month ago, and my PC has been randomly freezing, even while browsing. After these freezes, I get a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION BSOD, which bluescreenview indicates is related to ntoskrnl.exe, and windbg points to amdkmdag as the issue. I've tried reinstalling drivers using DDU, tested previous versions, and my CrystalDisk results show that my SSD and HDD are healthy. I've also updated the SATA and chipset drivers. The last thing I could consider is updating the BIOS. Returning the card probably won't help, as the crashes are unpredictable—sometimes once a week, sometimes four times a day. I'm at a loss and suspect it could be a software issue. I'm grateful for any advice you can provide. Here's a link to the dump zip, which all seem similar: [files.catbox.moe/w3s64w.zip](https://files.catbox.moe/w3s64w.zip)

Hey there! It sounds like you've gone through quite a bit already. For BSOD issues, especially with the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, we really need those dump files for a deeper analysis. Make sure to check your C:WindowsMinidump directory for any log files after a crash and upload them to a reliable file-sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire. Having more than one dump file helps a lot! Once we see those, we can dig into it better.
Have you thought about reinstalling Windows completely? Going back to factory settings can sometimes do wonders for issues like this. I’ve seen people resolve weird BSOD problems by starting fresh. Just back up your important files first!

Yes, I’ve already tried that, but the freezing still persists.
