Hey everyone! I'm planning to upgrade my PC and could really use your advice. I've got a budget of up to $2,000, and I'm not looking to start from scratch, but I am considering replacing some key components — specifically the motherboard, CPU (if necessary), and power supply. You can check out my current build [here](https://pcpartpicker.com/list). I've recently reapplied thermal paste to the CPU, and the temps seem fine, so I'm unsure about whether I should replace it right now or hold off. Here's what I'm specifically looking for:
* A reliable motherboard with good VRMs and longevity
* Advice on whether it's worth upgrading my CPU now or if I can wait
* A high-quality, preferably modular PSU that's quiet and efficient
I mainly play lighter games like Hearthstone, but I'm also interested in keeping my system flexible for future use, including some light streaming or indie/AA titles. Any suggestions for a good direction or potential bottlenecks in my current setup would be super helpful. Thanks!

For a good setup, you might want to consider the 9800X3D paired with an MSI B850 motherboard like the Tomahawk. I also recommend using a Seasonic Focus GX850 PSU; they have a great reputation for reliability. All of this should cost you around $1,000 max.
Those suggestions sound solid, but I just bought my RAM two weeks ago and I'm worried it won't be compatible with these new upgrades. Looks like I might need to rebuild from scratch after all. Thanks for the help!
