New PC Build Not Booting – Need Help!

I recently upgraded my PC with a new MSI x870e carbon wifi motherboard, 32GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB DDR5 6000MHz RAM, a Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor, and an MSI Gaming Trio RTX 5070Ti graphics card. Previously, I had a working setup with a different motherboard, GPU, RAM, and CPU. That build functioned perfectly with my EVGA 750 G2 power supply. After swapping out the components for this new setup, my PC doesn't always boot up. Initially, I had to hard restart a couple of times before it would even post, and the boot process takes a while. I've tried updating the BIOS using the M-Flash feature, but I'm just getting a black screen. I even attempted to use an HDMI cable to check for output, but nothing appears. Using the BIOS flash button on the I/O, the LED only blinked for about 5 seconds before the PC turned on but went to a black screen instead. The only LED that lights up is the boot LED showing code 64. I've reseated everything and tried using just one stick of RAM, but I'm still stuck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Did you move your old boot drive over without reinstalling Windows, or did you do a fresh install? If you just moved it, that might be causing some of your issues, as the new motherboard might have different drivers or settings that could lead to boot problems.

It sounds like you might be running into compatibility issues with your new mobo or maybe even RAM. Have you tried booting with just one stick of RAM in different slots? Also, if you're still having issues, a fresh install of Windows might be worth a shot since you’re dealing with a new setup.
