I recently bought a mouse from eBay for my Windows 10 PC. It worked for about 2 seconds after I plugged it in, but then it stopped responding. Now, when I try to reboot my PC, I'm getting an error saying it can't start. I've even attempted to boot in safe mode, but I get the same issue. Any ideas on what might be causing this?

Have you tried unplugging the mouse to see if that helps with booting? Sometimes, a faulty device can cause these kinds of issues on startup.
Yeah, I already tried booting without the mouse and even plugged in my old mouse, but it’s still not working.
