Recommendations for JBOD Arrays with Horizontal Hot-Swap Trays

Hey everyone,

I'm working on a project where I need some used JBOD arrays with those drawer-style trays that allow for hot-swapping drives. So far, I've found the Dell MD3060e and, to a lesser extent, the Quanta D51PH-1ULH systems, but I'm looking for more options. Can anyone suggest any recent models of arrays or 1U servers that support both SAS and SATA drives?

Just a heads up, I specifically need horizontal trays. I've come across some Supermicro systems that load drives top-down like a toaster, but those won't work for me since they require additional caddies for 2.5-inch drives. Any ideas?

What about something like the Dell MD1400? It's similar in functionality and might suit your requirements.

I'm actually looking for something like the Dell MD3060e since we're doing large-scale drive wipes and need it to be user-friendly without caddies.

Supermicro has a bunch of 1U storage systems that might fit your needs. They have different models available, so you might want to check their catalog to find specific drawer styles.

Do you have a specific model number in mind? I didn't see any tray-loading systems when I looked.
