I'm just starting out with C++ and data structures and algorithms (DSA), and I'm looking for some tips and resources to help me along the way. If I dedicate around 4 hours each day, do you think I could become proficient in about 6 months?

If you practice for a year, you'll definitely see some major improvements! Just keep consistent with your study and coding.

Are you focusing on DSA specifically?

You won't really be 'done' learning in 6 months. Learning C++ and DSA is a lifelong journey! What do you want to achieve in that time? Are you just picking this up for fun, or are you aiming to land a job in tech?

What are your main goals with this learning? Planning for a specific job or just general skill building?

Sorry I didn’t clarify earlier—my goal is to secure a good job, aiming for around 50k salary. I'm open to extending my timeline if needed.
