Should I Choose Mint Cinnamon or Zorin OS for My Low-RAM Laptop?

Hey everyone! I'm relatively new to operating systems and thinking about switching to Linux. My main goal is to lighten the load on my laptop since it currently has only 4GB of RAM. I've looked into Zorin OS because I really like its interface, but I'm concerned it might be too heavy for my laptop. On the other hand, I know that Mint Cinnamon needs at least 2GB of RAM, which sounds more manageable. However, I'm curious about its customization options because I'm not a fan of the green theme. Also, could anyone explain how to add multiple users in both of these systems? I appreciate any insights you can share!

I use Mint on a few older Macs too, and I never found the green theme bothersome. You can easily personalize your desktop with any background image you like, so it'll feel just right for you.

I've installed Mint on a 4GB RAM Mac Mini, and it runs flawlessly. A lot of Windows users think they need more RAM than they actually do. Mint is pretty efficient and has integrated tools that make the experience smoother right out of the box. So you shouldn't have any worries about performance!
