Hey everyone! I've got two years of experience in IT and I'm looking to transition into DevOps. I've studied some DevOps tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes, and I've even created Docker images from code examples I found online and deployed them using Kubernetes. I'm wondering if I can include these projects on my resume. Also, if I want to contribute to open source projects, what's the best way to find opportunities? I'd love to hear your thoughts on other project ideas too!

If you're looking to get noticed by recruiters, having solid projects is great, but also try networking on platforms like GitHub or LinkedIn. Engaging in discussions or even contributing to open source can really help you stand out. As for finding open source projects, look for repositories tagged with 'good first issue' on GitHub; that’s a fab way to dive in!

Sure, you can definitely add those projects to your resume! Just keep in mind that while they may not catch everyone's attention, highlighting the most interesting ones during interviews could spark some good conversations and show your practical knowledge.
