I'm planning to upgrade my computer and I'm torn between getting better RAM or updating my SSD to PCIe 4.0. I currently have a bundle of 6000 CL36 Samsung B-Die from G Skill, and I'm running it at 6200 CL36. Which option do you think would provide a more noticeable performance boost—better RAM or an upgraded SSD?

If you're mainly gaming, either choice will have minimal impact. But if you're looking at boot times and caching, a faster SSD definitely helps. Just keep in mind that for regular game installations, the difference won't be as noticeable.
Honestly, both upgrades won't do much overall. If you have good RAM already, it might be better to stick with it rather than spending cash on a minor enhancement.
The biggest gains come from tuning the secondary and tertiary RAM timings rather than replacing your 6000 CL36 kit with a slightly better one. Plus, when it comes to SSDs, PCIe generation isn't the only factor; the quality of NAND, DRAM cache, and controller plays bigger roles. If you're on a Zen 4 or 5 CPU, ensure that UCLK matches MCLK for the best performance!
Thanks for the tips! I'm actually syncing the UCLK and MCLK already. I’ve watched a lot of Buildzoid’s videos, but I find him a bit difficult to follow at times. My temps are good, and I've tightened most timings, but I can't lower TRFC below 806.
