I'm putting together a PC build and I'd love some feedback before I go ahead and purchase everything. Here's my current list:

- **CPU**: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor for £382.99
- **CPU Cooler**: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE for £35.39
- **Motherboard**: Gigabyte B850 GAMING X WIFI6E ATX AM5 for £171.99
- **Memory**: Corsair Vengeance 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 for £314.99
- **Storage**: Crucial P310 w/Heatsink 2 TB NVME for £203.08
- **Video Card**: MSI VENTUS 3X OC GeForce RTX 5070 Ti for £819.98
- **Case**: NZXT H6 Flow Mid Tower Case for £77.98
- **Power Supply**: Corsair RM850e 850 W Fully Modular for £84.99
- **Monitor**: LG UltraGear OLED 27GX700A-B 26.5" 2560 x 1440 280 Hz for £548.99

My total comes to about £2640.38. Are there any upgrades or changes you would recommend?

You seem good to go! Just double-check compatibility with components, especially the cooler just to be safe!

You might want to explore some other cooler options that are more affordable but perform similarly to the Phantom Spirit. For motherboards, if you want better rear I/O and Wi-Fi 7 support, consider alternatives to the Gaming X. Also, look into different storage options—something like the SN5000 could save you some money and still give similar speeds. As for the monitor, keep an eye out for potential issues like gray uniformity or vertical banding with OLEDs. Good luck!

I would suggest considering an upgrade on the GPU to a 5080 for just an extra £50. Also, take a look at a higher refresh rate monitor (360Hz QD-OLED) while you're at it. You might also want to switch to a cheaper CPU cooler option, and maybe a motherboard with better Wi-Fi and faster connectivity. Don't overlook the power supply quality, as a more reliable unit can make a big difference! OP, please look at this before you make any purchases!

Everything seems solid! Just a heads up though, some Corsair power supplies have had coil whine issues. I'm not sure if the 2025 model has addressed this, but I went with Thermaltake myself and haven't had any problems. Maybe check into other brands too?

Got it, I’ll look into some alternatives, thanks!
