Trouble Logging Into OneDrive on RDS: Need Help!

Hey everyone! I recently set up Office 365 ProPlus on our new RDS session hosts and had to tweak a couple of registry keys to get Word and Excel working:
1. [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity]
- "DisableADALatopWAMOverride"=dword:00000001
- "DisableAADWAM"=dword:0000001

Things are going well so far, but now I'm hitting a snag. When I try to log into OneDrive, it keeps prompting me with "Allow my organisation to manage this device." I've read through a ton of posts (about 20 different ones!) that suggest adding this key:
- Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\WorkplaceJoin
- "BlockAADWorkplacejoin"=dword:0000001

However, that key is already in place. I'm stumped as to why this message keeps popping up!
Thanks in advance for any insights!

P.S. Just to note, Office 365 ProPlus is installed with "SharedComputerLicense," so I think that part is okay too.

It seems like you're mixing up some settings here. If you're using the M365 suite including OneDrive, you might be disabling modern authentication, which could be what's preventing you from signing in. You really just need to have Shared Computer Activation set up correctly. If you’re using Outlook, check how you’re managing OST files or consider switching to New Outlook to avoid additional issues.

Totally get where you're coming from. A quick tip: the latest FSLogix version supports New Outlook, which can make managing profiles on RDS a lot easier.

I found that those registry keys are suggested for passkey errors, but they might not be necessary for RDS setups. They’re probably the reason you’re stuck in the login loop. If you let the org manage the device, it could help, but I understand the hesitation with Intune and Entra.

You didn’t mention which version of Windows Server your RDS host is running. If it's Server 2016, OneDrive won’t work at all. You’d need to upgrade to at least Windows Server 2019 or newer.
