I've just built a new PC setup, but I'm constantly getting BSOD errors, specifically the 'IRQL not less or equal' message. This happens mostly when I'm gaming. Here's what I'm working with: an AMD 7700X processor, a B650M Aorus Elite AX motherboard, two 16GB sticks of Corsair DDR5 Vengeance RAM, an MSI Ventus 3070 Ti GPU, and a 750W Corsair power supply. I've suspected it might be the RAM, but I just got a new set and I'm still facing issues. I've set up an XMP profile for the RAM, but I'm considering turning it off. Can anyone guide me on how to find the dump files or any troubleshooting tips?

To get a better idea of what's going on with those BSODs, you’ll need to check for dump files, which are basically crash logs. If you can boot into Windows (or Safe Mode), look in C:WindowsMinidump for any files. If you find them, zip the folder and upload it to a file-sharing site like catbox.moe or mediafire.com since Reddit can be picky about those. Having several dump files helps with analysis, so follow any guides you find to set up small memory dumps if you only get one or none. Good luck!
You might want to try disabling your XMP profile. Sometimes, unstable RAM settings can cause memory errors, which leads to BSODs. If the system runs fine without XMP enabled, you know it’s related to those RAM settings and not a hardware issue. Just a thought!
Before you go too deep into diagnosing, check if your mouse is causing the issue. I have a Corsair Harpoon too, and it could be worth unplugging it and running the PC without it to see if that changes anything. The dump file indicated a memory error, so it’s probably not the mouse, but it doesn’t hurt to test.

Got it! I’ll try running it without the mouse. Thanks for the tip!
