Hey everyone! I upgraded my PC last month and since the start of June, I've been dealing with random Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) errors, specifically the "IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" code. I've done a few things already like updating the drivers (even found one I was missing, but that didn't solve the issue), checking the RAM for hardware problems (nothing came up), and tinkering around in the console. Just an hour ago, my computer crashed again when I wasn't even doing anything. I tried using Bluescreenview, but I'm a bit lost on what the info means. I read something online about unauthorized memory usage, but I have no clue how to address that without considering a complete system wipe (which I'd like to avoid if possible). I also have some DMP error files here if needed.

It sounds like a classic case of needing more details from your crash logs. If you can boot into Windows (even safe mode), check out the C:WindowsMinidump folder for any dump files. If you find some, zip them up and upload them for analysis. Multiple files help a lot since we can see patterns. There are guides on how to configure your system for better dump files too. That might clear things up!
First off, if your BIOS menus are functioning normally, it's a good idea to update your motherboard BIOS to the latest version you can find. Then, grab the latest AMD Chipset Drivers for your motherboard—those can be a lifesaver sometimes. Just make sure to download the specific AMD Chipset Driver from their site, as some others can cause more issues. Check if this stops the crashes!
Got it! How do I really know when my BIOS is stable? I read online that sometimes older versions can actually work better for certain setups. Should I stick with the latest update, or go for something more vintage? I'm super cautious here because I can't afford any big issues.
