We're running everything on AVD and have run into a frustrating issue on our Windows 10 and Windows 11 machines. The microphone and camera just won't show up in Teams. We're using iGel thin clients, and we've tried multiple versions of the software, both new and old, but it's the same problem. We've even cleared the Teams cache, but that didn't help. Restarting the iGel client seems to work occasionally, but not every time. Is anyone else experiencing this in their setup?

Make sure to check your RDP settings in Azure for device redirection. It's essential to have those enabled and properly configured to ensure that Teams can access your devices. Sometimes a small tweak there makes a big difference!
It sounds like there might be an issue with iGel's device remoting features with the latest Teams update. Keep an eye on iGel support for any patches or updates that address this specific compatibility problem.
I checked that already; the devices show up fine in device manager. I think it has more to do with how iGel's overlay interacts with Teams, rather than device redirection.
