Trouble with My New 5070 Ti Freezing During Gaming

I've recently upgraded most of my PC components except for the motherboard and CPU, and I'm having a lot of trouble with my new graphics card, the 5070 Ti. Whenever I play games, it starts stuttering, sometimes way more than just a slight pause, and eventually, it leads to a complete freeze, forcing me to restart my computer manually. It's not just during gameplay; I face the same freezing issues while browsing or watching videos too. When it freezes, the fans ramp up to what sounds like maximum speed and then fluctuate between high and low, which is super annoying.

I've tested the system with my old card, the RTX 3060, and it runs perfectly fine. I've updated the drivers, but I'm out of ideas on what could be wrong. I even ran benchmarks with FurMark, where it scored better at around 250 fps compared to the 3060, but the practical use issue remains. This is my second 5070 Ti, so I doubt it's just bad luck on my part; it seems to be a problem with my system instead. Any help or suggestions would be really appreciated! Take a look at the Event Viewer and search for 'nvlddmkm' errors. If you find those, you might actually need to undervolt your GPU using MSI Afterburner. It can help stabilize things especially if it's pushing too hard.

I’ve checked, and the only error I see is related to a corrected hardware error. It's from the PCI Express Root Port, which seems weird. What does that mean?

First off, check what power supply you're using. If it’s underpowered for your new GPU, it can definitely cause freezing and stuttering. 1000W should be plenty for your setup, but it’s good to double-check any possible issues there. Let me know what you find!

Thanks, I updated the part picker and it's all there now. I have a 1000W fully modular PSU.
