Troubleshooting Boot Issues After Upgrading to Intel B580 GPU

Hey everyone, I'm tackling a frustrating problem after upgrading my graphics card. I currently have a bit of an eclectic setup: a B450M Motherboard with 16GB of DDR4 RAM, a Ryzen 9 5900x, and an AMD RX 580. I just swapped out the RX 580 for an Intel B580 GPU, which I thought would be a nice upgrade. Unfortunately, I'm stuck in a boot loop. The old RX 580 works just fine, so I don't think the slot is the issue. I've also gone ahead and uninstalled all the old AMD drivers, but that didn't help either. I'd love to hear any tips or advice on how to fix this!

Start with some basic checks. Make sure all power connectors are securely plugged in. It’s also a good idea to update your motherboard's BIOS to the latest version if you haven't already done that. Try turning off the Compatibility Support Module (CSM) and switch to UEFI mode only. Additionally, enable the 'Above 4G Decoding' and 'Resizable BAR' options in the BIOS if they’re available. I’d love to know where exactly it bootloops—do you see the motherboard logo or does it happen at the Windows login screen?

I can confirm, I see the motherboard logo and have the option to access BIOS, but then it fails. One concern is that my BIOS has never indicated whether it detects GPUs. Since I'm using a Ryzen CPU with no integrated graphics, I can't be sure if it's even being recognized. I'm pretty sure the power connectors are fine since the RX 580 goes in with the same force.
