I recently upgraded to an RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB of memory, and honestly, I'm not seeing the improvement I expected compared to my old RTX 3060 with 12GB. After installing the new card, I've been facing severe freezes and FPS drops in games like CS2 and Fortnite, despite having reinstalled both the drivers and Windows. In CS2, my frame rates drop from 220 to 180 with annoying micro-freezing. In No Man's Sky, things get really laggy when I'm exploring. Ironically, in Cyberpunk 2077, my FPS has improved, which is weird. My system has a 750W power supply and I'm using an i5-13400F processor, which shouldn't create a bottleneck. The GPU has passed stability tests, but gaming performance is a total mess. Should I look into returning this card under warranty for another one, or consider switching to an RX 9060 XT? Any advice on what might be causing these issues or how to fix them would be appreciated, plus I game at 2K resolution if that helps.

You might want to try a clean OS installation again. I know it sounds like a hassle, but back in the day, it was the go-to fix for stubborn issues like this. Sometimes it does wonders, even if it didn’t work last time—new updates can change things!
If it were me, I’d probably go for the RX 9060 XT. The issues you're facing with the 5060 Ti could make it not worth the hassle, especially if it’s unstable in competitive games.
Have you checked if your motherboard’s BIOS is up to date? Make sure to enable the resize bar and XMP in the BIOS as well. If you’re using a high refresh rate monitor, consider capping the FPS or enabling Vsync in the Nvidia settings. Also, set the PCIe mode to Gen4 to maximize your GPU's connection.
I’ve got a 5060 Ti too, and it’s been a nightmare. I’m constantly facing these same problems and all my tests come back fine. It’s driving me nuts! Maybe it’s a common flaw with this card?
Just a heads up, if you’re playing competitive games with low-settings, that can sometimes put too much strain on your CPU, causing bottlenecks. But in AAA titles, the GPU usually ends up being the limiting factor.

Yeah, I already did a reinstall of Windows, but it didn't resolve the issue.
