What are some good books to learn about using AI today?

I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed but really curious about how to dive into AI. For instance, I'm not sure how to work with Claude's API for additional tokens, or how to integrate Claude into my IDE without using Cursor. I learn best from books since I find them to be the most reliable source of knowledge. I prefer not to spend time on YouTube videos that don't provide much value. Any recommendations for books?

One thing to keep in mind is that while asking ChatGPT-4 with search enabled can give you the latest info on Claude, querying Claude itself might leave you hanging with outdated info. Still, interacting with AI (like Claude or ChatGPT) is a pretty solid way to learn! You can ask it to explain things in simpler terms, or break down the info into manageable pieces.

I was hoping for a structured curriculum but this works too. Thank you 🙂

Unfortunately, any physical book you pick up is likely going to be outdated before you finish reading it!

Yeah, it's a bummer, but I guess I feel a bit out of date myself too haha 🙂
