I'm searching for software that can download entire webpages in bulk, including all the files the pages use, not just the HTML. I know Google Chrome allows CTRL-S for saving a page, but I want to find a tool that can do this for multiple pages simultaneously. Any suggestions?

HTTrack is a solid choice for this! It can download entire websites and works well for bulk downloads. Just keep in mind you might need to adjust a few settings for specific needs.
If you're on Windows, you can try WinHTTrack. It's basically the Windows version of HTTrack and should work perfectly for your needs.
Don't forget about curl! Although it's more manual, it's flexible for downloading web content.
You could also use wget. It's a command-line tool that's great for recursively scraping websites. I’ve used it successfully for downloading multiple pages at once.
