What are some good project management tools for a small team?

I'm on the hunt for affordable project management software specifically for a managed service provider (MSP). I have a few criteria in mind: First, it should be low-cost or ideally free (a couple of euros per user per month is the goal). Second, I need something that's easy to use and quick to set up since I want to minimize time spent managing the software. Lastly, it's crucial that the data isn't hosted in the USA, Russia, or China; I'd prefer it to be in a European country, though I'm also open to self-hosting options. Currently, I use ASANA for ticketing, but I've found it lacking for project tracking purposes.

We've had pretty good experiences with tools that emphasize a visual approach. For instance, Teamhood has worked nicely for us. It's hosted in the EU, fairly priced, and doesn't take forever to set up—definitely worth a look!

You might want to check out OpenProject. We've been using it in our company, and it really complements our project tracking needs! Here's the link: [OpenProject](https://www.openproject.org/de/).

I have a small team, so I can only use the Community version. Is it missing any key features?
