Can anyone share what went down with Stratos? It's a Kubernetes operator designed to tackle cold-start delays by keeping pools of pre-warmed, stopped instances ready to go. I heard it's deleted now. Is there a fork available, or does anyone know about similar projects? Would appreciate any insights!

I think extending something like Karpenter could be a better solution for this need. Another option is to use pause pods, but keep in mind you’d still be paying for the node.
