I'm diving into building my first PC and I'm a bit overwhelmed trying to decide on a motherboard to pair with my 5080 GPU and 9800X3D CPU. Any suggestions or advice would be super helpful!

Consider what your specific needs are—like whether you want to run dual GPUs, have a lot of NVMe SSDs, or need faster RAM speeds. If you’re just starting, don’t stress too much. Pick a motherboard that fits your budget and looks good to you. I personally like ASRock boards for their value and reliability. I went for the ASRock X870E Taichi Lite because I had specific needs, but for a typical build, a $450 board might be overkill.
Any B650 or B850 motherboard will work really well for your setup. Those options will provide solid performance without breaking the bank!
Before you make a choice, think about what features you need from a motherboard. Look at options within your budget that tick those boxes. You don't want to overspend on features you won't use!

This is my first PC build, so I don't really know what I need yet. I just want a really nice setup and price isn’t a problem. I've already got a Lian Li 011D RGB case, planning to add 10 Lian Li TL fans, and I have a Lian Li 1000W PSU. Should I go for the X870E? Will it seriously boost my PC's performance?
