I recently had my AWS account suspended after receiving an email requesting that I upload proof of identity. However, when I tried to upload the document, the link had already expired. I contacted AWS support for a new link, but they didn't provide one. Now I've received an official email stating that my account is suspended. I really just need a new upload link to resolve this verification issue. Is there a common reason for these suspensions? Could it be related to my payment method or my country?

Yes, it was resolved! Luckily, after 15 days of daily contact with support, they finally got it sorted.
