It really depends on the job description. If it's a starting role, I tend to look for personality over technical experience. For more experienced candidates, I focus on the technologies they’ve previously worked with. Honesty goes a long way! Ultimately, you need to show that you genuinely want the job, so be prepared to convince them of your enthusiasm.

Be prepared to explain basic Linux commands, the concept of CI/CD, and what happens when you push code. They might throw a couple of shell script or Docker questions your way, not to catch you off guard, but to gauge your thought process. Remember, showing your passion and eagerness to learn can really make a difference!
