We've typically used Dell Latitude 3550 laptops for our admin staff and the Latitude 7000 series for leadership roles. With Dell discontinuing the Latitude line, I'm looking for recommendations on what to purchase as replacements.

It looks like Dell just rebranded their line-up. If you want to stick close to what you’ve been using, I'd suggest the Dell Pro series. The Pro 3000 series is like the old Latitude entry-level, the 5000 series is the mid-level, and the 7000 series is your high-end option now. This way, you keep the same structure and features you’re used to!
Everybody in our organization is getting the Dell Pro 14 now. Just a heads up, I’ve been asked to cut budgets, but they want a top-tier laptop – not sure how that’s going to work out! Overall, I’ve heard the Pro 14 runs smoothly. We’re testing it out with a Ryzen 5 and 32 GB of RAM. So far, no issues at all!
That sounds promising! I’m glad to hear it’s running well. We need something reliable.
