I recently built a new system with a Gigabyte B650 Eagle AX motherboard and a Ryzen 5 7600X3D, along with 32GB of RAM. However, when I try to boot it up, the lights go red for the CPU and nothing happens—no fans spinning or any signs of life. Has anyone experienced this and what steps can I take to troubleshoot?

It sounds like your BIOS might need updating. If you check your motherboard's support page, you'll find that the Ryzen 5 7600X3D requires at least BIOS version F1 to work. Make sure you're running a BIOS version that's newer than that—F33 is currently the latest. Once you have the proper version, use the Q Flash feature to update it by placing the BIOS file on a FAT32 USB stick and pressing the Q Flash button.

I already downloaded the F33 BIOS and tried to use the Q Flash, but my PC keeps shutting down after about 4-5 seconds. I even tried using F32 with the same issue. Any ideas why this is happening?
