What’s the Best GPU for Gaming Under $350?

I'm looking to upgrade my GPU since my current 1660 Ti 6GB is starting to show its age, especially after struggling with shaders in Minecraft. Honestly, it wasn't even that great when I first got it! My ideal upgrade should have at least 10GB of VRAM, and I'm open to both AMD and NVIDIA options. I'd prefer something new but I'm also considering used GPUs if there's a significant upgrade available within my budget of $350. If I find a good deal on a reliable used card, I'm all ears! My setup includes a TUF Gaming X570-Plus motherboard, an AMD Ryzen 7 5700X CPU, 32GB of memory, a 600W EVGA power supply, and I'm running on Windows 11. I recently spotted a 6800 XT for $375, but it's a bit more than I wanted to spend. Any recommendations or advice on what to look for?

If you can find it for that price, the RX 6800 XT is a great choice! For the used market, keep an eye out for the 7800 XT or even a 6900 XT—they'll give you a lot of bang for your buck!

I appreciate the tip! I'll definitely look for those!

Honestly, if you can, upgrade to a better PSU. Something like the 850W will give you the flexibility for higher performance GPUs. As for options, a used 2080 Ti could be good if you're not too picky about upscaling features. But if you're looking for over 8GB VRAM, the Intel Arc B580 might be something to consider if you're up for it!

Good point about the PSU! I’ll prioritize that upgrade before settling on a new GPU.

I sold my 3080 for around $320. If you're looking for something comparable, aim for that level of performance!

You might want to check out the RTX 4060 or 5060 for new NVIDIA options. If you're leaning towards AMD, the RX 6600 is solid too!

For new GPUs, look into the 5060 or the RX 9060 XT 8GB. Just a heads up—your PSU might limit your options for higher VRAM cards, though!
