What’s the Cheapest GPU I Can Get to Boost My Gaming Setup?

Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice on upgrading my old PC downstairs. Currently, I'm using Moonlight/Sunshine to stream games from my main PC upstairs without any issues. However, the onboard graphics on the downstairs PC can only manage 30fps, which is frustrating. I'm considering buying a budget graphics card that can handle 60fps or higher, but I'm not sure how cheap I can go. Is there a specific type of GPU I should look for? Also, are there any compatibility issues I need to watch out for with my setup? Here's a quick rundown of my existing hardware: Z370 Aorus Gaming 3 motherboard, Intel i7-8700K processor, and 32GB of RAM. Thanks for your help!

It sounds like you’re on the right track! Just to clarify, your i7-8700K should actually be capable of outputting more than 30fps through its integrated graphics. There might be another issue at play here.

Good point! It could be a limitation of the motherboard itself. I looked it up, and the HDMI port supports a max resolution of 4096x2160 at only 30Hz. If you're hooked up to a 4K TV, that could definitely explain the low fps.
