Hi everyone, I'm dealing with an issue on our Eaton 9PX 6000i that has a connected EBM. It just showed 'End Battery Life' and I'm trying to figure out if this warning concerns both the UPS batteries and the EBM as well. Eaton suggests that I replace batteries in both the main unit and the entire EBM, which sounds quite expensive since the EBM alone costs over £1,000. Is this really the process we should follow? It seems a bit extreme to me! Any advice you've got would be hugely appreciated. Thanks!
