I'm planning to build a new gaming PC with a $1200 budget and I'd love some feedback on my setup. Is everything up to par? Also, should I be leaning towards AMD or Nvidia for my graphics card? Just to give you a bit more context, I have a 100Hz monitor. Here's what I'm thinking of using:

* Ryzen 5 9600X
* Gigabyte B650 EAGLE
* GeForce RTX 5060 Ti 1-Click 16GB
* Lexar 1TB M.2 PCIe Gen4 NVMe NM790
* Kingston Fury Beast, DDR5, 32 GB, 5600MHz, CL36
* Gigabyte UD750GM PG5 750W 80 Plus Gold ATX 3.0
* Silver Monkey X CRISP DUAL 2x120 mm
* Silver Monkey - Cassette

When it comes to gaming, you really can't go wrong with either Nvidia or AMD. However, if you're planning to dabble in productivity tasks like 3D modeling and rendering, then Nvidia might be the way to go. As for your build, it looks pretty solid! If your budget allows, consider upgrading to a Ryzen 7 9700X for better multicore performance, especially if you do any content creation.

I'd recommend getting RAM with a 6000MHz speed and CL30 timing instead. Plus, switching to a 9060XT 16GB graphics card paired with a Ryzen 7600X could save you some cash without sacrificing too much performance. You might want to put some of the savings into a better monitor too!

Are you based in the US, possibly near a MicroCenter? Just wondering because that could help with prices. Also, is your primary focus just gaming, or do you plan on doing things like photo editing and some 3D modeling too?

I'm actually from Eastern Europe. The PC will mainly be for gaming, but I might do a bit of video editing—nothing too complex though.
