I'm gearing up to build a new PC with the Ryzen 7800X3D processor and an RX 9060 XT GPU, or something similar. I'm a bit lost on which motherboard to select since reviews vary widely from site to site. My total budget for the build is €1500, but I'd like to keep costs as low as possible. Also, if anyone has recommendations for reliable PSU brands, I'd love to hear them!

While the B650 boards are solid, they might lose support sooner. If you want a bit more future-proofing, consider the B850. I used a B850 Gigabyte Gaming WiFi 6 for $180 and found it to be a pleasant experience. For PSUs, Lian Li is underrated; I got their 1000W 80+ Platinum Edge for $180, and it's fantastic—great price and easy cable management!
Honestly, just grab the cheapest motherboard that meets your requirements, fits your case, and has decent power delivery. Aim for at least 8+1 power phases. If it has two CPU power connectors, that's usually a good sign of solid power delivery.
Any B650, B850, X670, or X870 motherboard should work well for your needs. The B650 Gigabyte boards are pretty popular. For power supplies, brands like Corsair, Thermaltake, MSI, Silverstone, EVGA, and BeQuiet are all reliable. Just remember to check out reviews for specific models before you buy!
I recently went with an Asrock B850 Steel Legend, and I had great success with my previous Asrock B450 Steel Legend which lasted six years without issues. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this one too!
