I'm in Europe and trying to decide between two GPUs for gaming. I've found an RX 7600 OC from Gigabyte with triple fans for €255 and an RTX 5060 OC from either Asus or MSI for around €320. My main game is CS2, which I play on competitive settings (1280x960 at lowest). I also plan to play some more demanding games at 1080p, but I think 8GB of VRAM will be sufficient for my needs. I came across a post suggesting that CS2 favors Nvidia GPUs, so I'm wondering if that's still true. My current specs include an A620 board, an R5 7500F, 16GB of 6000MT CL30 RAM, and a 1TB NVMe SSD.

I have the RX 7600 XT XTX and it's done really well for me in games like CS and PUBG. I’d recommend going for the RX 7600 because of its VRAM advantage. Plus, for the price, it’s a solid deal compared to the RTX 5060.
I'd suggest waiting for the 9060 XT release in Germany or consider getting a used RX 7800 XT. They should give you better performance for the price.
How much better is the 9060 XT for shooters like CS at 1080p? The 5060 OC seems to be the most readily available option right now.
Honestly, I wouldn’t go for 8GB cards anymore. Some games are already underperforming at 1080p with that amount of VRAM. You might run into issues down the line.
What games are you referring to? I'm not that worried about the titles I’ll be playing. Any suggestions for cards with more VRAM?
But the RX 7600 XT costs around €330, similar to the 5060 OC. It might not be the best deal if you're looking to save.
